Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped directly from EverThermo
  • Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Were received damaged or incorrect
  • Are in their original condition and packaging

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used with beverages or food
  • Items with damaged or missing safety seals
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as final sale

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@everthermo.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original components
  4. Ship the item to our returns department
  5. Once received, your return will be inspected within 2 business days
  6. You will receive email confirmation of your refund status

Refund Details

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days for credit cards, 1-2 business days for Interac e-Transfer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model:

  • Contact customer service within the 30-day return period
  • Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging
  • Note that price differences will apply for exchanges to different models
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or showing manufacturing defects:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • Replacement items will be shipped once the return is processed
