Shipping Coverage & Timeframes
At EverThermo, we're committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services across Canada. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Standard Shipping (Free)
- Free shipping on all orders over $50 CAD
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time:
- - Major cities (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver): 2-4 business days
- - Other urban areas: 3-5 business days
- - Remote locations: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping
- Available for urgent deliveries
- Processing time: Same day for orders before 1 PM EST
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Additional cost: Starting from $15 CAD
Shipping Partners & Tracking
We partner with Canada's most reliable courier services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- FedEx (for express shipping)
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can track your package's journey at any time through our website or directly through the courier's tracking system.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We're working on expanding our shipping services to other countries. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on international shipping availability.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes
- Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
- Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions
Order Processing
Orders are processed at our distribution center in Westmount, Quebec. To ensure the fastest possible delivery:
- Orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 1 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed
- A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
